Create Microsoft VPN L2TP IPsec with PreSharedKey with Windows authentication from single command line.
Download VpnSetup application, extract into folder, Run as Administrator like this:
Usage: VpnSetup.exe [VPN Name] [Destination] [Preshared Key]
EXAMPLE: VpnSetup.exe “New VPN” vpn.mycompany.com SomePassword
